Terms & Conditions of Sale
By placing an order with Fibre (“the seller”), whether in writing, by telephone or otherwise, you agree to contract in accordance with the following terms and conditions of sale.
1. Ordering
1.1 The customer is responsible for ensuring each order placed is complete & accurate.
1.2 Orders received with a requested ‘immediate’ delivery date can not be later cancelled. Any other orders can only be cancelled if we receive written notice of cancellation, no later than 14 days before requested order date.
2. Prices
2.1 All prices are the net price of the goods and exclusive of VAT.
2.2 A carriage charge of £5.00 plus VAT will be added to any order placed with a net goods value of less than £100.00.
3. Title and Risk
3.1 Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until all sums due in respect of the goods supplied have been received in full.
3.2 The goods are at your risk from time of delivery.
4. Delivery
4.1 If no time for delivery is specified in the contract, the customer shall be bound to accept the goods when the are ready for delivery by the seller.
4.2 Any shortages of damaged goods in transit must be notified in writing to Fibre within 7 days of delivery date.
5. Payment
5.1 Unless otherwise stated, payment for the goods is due within 30 days from invoice date.
5.2 If terms of payment are not complied with, the seller shall have the right to charge interest calculated from the date payment due to the date of actual payment. Any reasonable fees or charges which may be incurred in the collection of overdue accounts will be charged to and payable by the customer.
5.3 Fibre reserve the right to withhold further deliveries until payment is received in full.
6. Return of goods
6.1 We do not offer goods on ‘sale or exchange/return’ unless prior written agreement has been obtained from Fibre.
6.2 If Fibre later agree to accept any returns, the goods must be returned direct to Fibre in their original condition before a credit can be considered.
7. Force Majeure
7.1 Fibre shall use reasonable endeavours to complete the order as requested by the customer and agreed by Fibre, but Fibre shall not be liable for any delays or other problems which are due to ‘force majeure’ reasons beyond the control of Fibre.
8. General
8.1 Customers agree that all handmade goods will vary slightly due to the ‘handmade’ nature of such goods, and that due to availability of pressed flowers, substitutes may be used when necessary.
