Artist Profile: Jessica Livsey
Jessica Livsey graduated in 2002 with a 1st Class Hons. degree in Contemporary Textiles/Surface Design. She has worked as a freelance designer selling textile pieces in London, New York and Paris.
Jessica combines her intrinsic flair for colour and texture, with text, to create cards that are highly original and inspiring. Her range is influenced by seasons, environments and lifestyles, offering cards with a wide general appeal, as well as for specific occasions.
Something special that you'll want to keep, each card is delicately handmade, using a collage technique which combines text, fabric, ribbon and pressed flowers. Small framed textile pieces which complement the cards, make popular gifts for weddings, house warming, christening and all family occasions.
